Shaper and founder
Matisse is a passionate man who has always sought new challenges. He has trained himself with perseverance, drawing inspiration from his travels around the world. Born in Paris, he travels the globe, accumulating ideas to continually push the boundaries of his creativity. A perfectionist, he constantly innovates in the design of his products to best meet the needs of his customers.

Pro rider
Malik has been in the water since he was a kid, growing up in the Basque Country. He was a strong competitor with big sponsors backing him, but over time, his focus shifted to sharing his love for surfing, teaching, traveling, and chasing waves around the world. Became his way. Now, he helps AIM develop better boards, bringing his experience and passion into the development of our boards.
Matteo is a self-taught, all-round artist, graphic designer, craftsman, and scenographer. Trained at the Beaux-Arts de Paris, he explores a variety of issues through his artistic practice. Passionate about technology in general and working with materials, he works across a broad spectrum of visual arts within the artistic duo Atelier Bicéphale.
